Tonight we will be have our regular Savannah Lyme meeting at St. James.  Miriam Howard, from The Corner Suite spa will be talking about the detoxing benefits of Infrared Saunas.  We’ll also be discussing other types of detoxing, and we’ll make scented epsom salt to take home.  Hope to see you there.
